Titanok Do Guol, Kadalang, Ruti, Sagamo Om Luong

My mum used to say how easy life used to be before, they don't know oil before and everything is either boiled or grilled. It much more healthier, no wonder they have a long longevity. Anyway this is one of the dish that is simpler than ever. You just have to get 5 of the fruits/vegetables below. After that peeled and washed it. Cut into your desirable cut or for me the bite size cut. Pt everthing in the pot and boil it. Boil until quit dry and serve it.
We used to have this with natural honey no preservative what-so-ever in the honey. There also tome we eat it with grated coconut and grilled fish. Enjoy!
